UniGuide Terms of Service

By creating an account, browsing the site, or using any of UniGuide's features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use UniGuide. Users under 18 must use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

UniGuide provides tools to help you manage your college application process across UC campuses. You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service

UniGuide may offer paid subscriptions or services. Any payment terms will be clearly disclosed during sign-up or checkout, and processed securely (e.g., via Stripe).

All content on UniGuide (logo, design, UI, text, etc.) is the property of UniGuide and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violating these Terms
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior

UniGuide is offered “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. We are not liable for:

• Damages from use or inability to use the site
• Third-party service outages

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
